Смысл прост — добавлять заметки к Вашим картинкам/фотографиям, по аналогии «Отметить человека» в всем известной социальной сети «В контакте».
Работает прекрасно, единственное замечание: при добавлении заметки криво перекодирует кириллицу — но думаю, с этой проблемой справится даже начинающий веб-разработчик.
Прикольно.
А что-нибудь типа бизнес-линча нет? Иногда очень надо, когда делаешь тех документацию.

Я такую же на jQuery дописываю :)
Можно просто попробовать немного стилизовать и доработать данную библиотеку, может получится нечто очень похожее.
