Функции редактирования ролика:

Так же очень хочется отметить поддержку стриминга при воспроизведении.
Неплохо для веб-сервиса, да?
Работает «ScreenToaster» на Java, что, конечно, не очень радует, ибо Java нет в стандартном наборе Windows и его нужно будет установить.
Пока сервис работает в режиме закрытого бета-теста, но на странице регистрации можно попросить инвайт, который вам любезно скинут в течении нескольких часов.

По-моему, не очень удобно. Я бы предпочел версию программы, которая работала бы с моего компьютера.

antyblin, Camtasia Studio хорошая утилита. Видеоуроки делать с ней – супер! Но как альтернатива, для некоторых задач предложенный вариант неплох.
