Как-то давненько я уже делал небольшой обзорчик лучших флеш-плееров и у многих более продвинутых пользователей возникал вопрос загрузки, обработки, и (относительно)самое важное потокового видео.
Все эти этапы начиная от загрузки и до отображения видео можно реализовать с помощью софта с открытым исходным кодом — Panda. Панда использует для своей работы .
Схема работы панды
- Форма загрузки отображается в виде iframe или popup
- Загрузка помощи AJAX с прогресс баром
- API callback оповещение о конце перекодировки видео
- Подача потокового видео пользователю
Установка панды
Если Вы пользователь обычного хостинга, то боюсь с установкой у Вас ничего не выйдет, необходим доступ непосредственно к самому серверу.
- Заводим аккаунт на .
- Устанавлиеваем panda на ваш веб-сервер и настраиваем его(профили конвертации видео и т.п.)
- Используя API интегрируем panda в свой веб-сервис.
По умолчанию panda использует , не лучший, на мой взгляд, выбор, но поменять плеер не очень сложно, особенно если вы смогли установить и настроить панду :-)
