Думаю не для кого не секрет, что практически все javascript библиотеки имеют в себе возможность поддержки css3.
Так вот, сегодня мы поговорим о библиотеке, которая делает это быстрее всех — peppy.
Для достоверности приведу список по убыванию из независимого теста, на который можно взглянуть самому():

- MooTools 1.2.1 — 119

Это данные из теста на моем «Хромированом» друге. Также очень радует вес данной библиотеки — 10 килобайт.
Но есть и минусы, библиотека совсем молодая, ну просто зародыш, что неудивительно для самой первой версии.
И да, у нее нет документации — это, мягко говоря, ужасает.
Так что на данный момент остается только, с замиранием дыхания, ждать.
я бы примеры использования посмотрел, если бы вы их выложили :))

Если убрать кэширование (это фактически обман теста) то не все так радужно. Без кэша можно посмотреть на скорость тут –

Тест скорости – это не показатель. Как можно сравнивать все эти библиотеки только по скорости! Если уж нужно сравнение, так добавить нужно сравнение и по функционалу также, а потому уже что-то говорить.
Так функционал один и тот же сравнивали X_x

Как по мне, большинство того что представлено в тесте легче сделать с помощью цсс чем подклчюать тяжелый фреймворк…

Кроме отличного показателя скорости Css3 мы ничего не имее, я не вижу смысла пока ее использовать… со временем она, возможно, получит развитие и многие перейдкт на нее или выйдут еще более оптимальные варианты. А пока только остается радоваться, то мы не стоим на месте ;)
Давайте смотреть правде в лицо (хотя может быть правда повернута веб-разработчикам далеко не лицом), пока рынок принадлежит MSIE, тестить надо на нём. А там peppy не самая быстрая, да и цифры там далеко не такие маленькие, но EXT 2.2 делает PEPPY почти в 2 раза.
