Очень красивое решение, при нехватки места на сайте очень помогает, по сути на основе этой JavaScript библиотеки, размером в 10 килобайт, можно реализовать множество оригинальных идей.
К примеру можно сделать выпадающие части сайта, которые менее часто используются ;-)
Ой, совсем забыл сказать: Проверял в Safari, Firefox, Opera, IE7.

Чё-то оно сильно глючит. Если часто появлять-прятать его, то иногда меню просто не прячется обратно. Постоянно дёргается. Но в общем красиво.

С удовольствием бы использовал. Но если объективно – сколько юзеров поймет что оно там?
А на месте – «меню наверху» могло быть и само меню… Да?
Замечательное меню! Скрипт работает великолепно (что удивительно для IE6).
Только чтоб было совсем красиво подрубите png для IE6 и младших собратьев.
По-моему лучше чистый css, чем js, ведь у некоторых пользователей не включен js
